As a Workplace Host, you function as the heart of the workplace. You provide personal service to customers, employees, and visitors, as well as offer administrative support that contributes to a well-functioning and pleasant work environment.

Together with other workplace hosts, you are responsible for ensuring that a designated area for the client is kept in good condition and that preventive work is carried out continuously.

About the position

Location: Kista, Stockholm
Scope: Full-time
Working hours: Monday-Friday during office hours
Duration: Initially 2 months, with a good possibility of extension

Your main responsibilities

• Handling and distribution of fruit deliveries
• Daily inspections of premises, buildings, and conference rooms (morning and ongoing throughout the day)
• Handling and distribution of mail and packages
• Performing property-related services
• Preventive work through rounds and handling of delegated work orders
• Handling maintenance and fault reports in the system and on-site
  Examples: locks, cabinets, furniture, signage, etc.
• Setting up conference rooms and general workplace areas
• Administration in asset and work order systems
• Mail and telephone correspondence with customers
• Restocking and maintaining office supplies and common areas
• Support in handling indoor and outdoor furniture
• Participate in training and stay updated on routines and working methods

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, positive, and enjoys a lot of customer contact. You are self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented, and you maintain a professional demeanor in all situations. You preferably have previous experience in similar work. You have basic computer skills and are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are flexible, take your own initiatives, and enjoy a dynamic job where you meet new people every day.
